I've been in the industry for twelve years. I spent the first half working for two different MSPs, and the second half doing ConnectWise consulting. I started out as a help desk assistant and worked my way up through the ranks to operations manager at my last MSP. Along the way I've done just about everything on the back-office side of running an MSP — project management, billing, procurement, dispatch, and more.
