Our expert team reviews key areas of your system every quarter, providing an overall score of your system’s alignment to Pivotal Practices – our recommended settings and processes to keep things running smoothly, according to the functions and features of the system and good controls practices.

We’ll identify misaligned settings or process execution issues before they turn into bigger problems. You can decide to fix these problems in-house or buy some Pivotal Consulting hours to help target those areas for improvement.
