We’ll be your first point of contact for figuring out things like: why an error is occurring; why a report shows the results that it does; why a workflow ran when it wasn’t supposed to; which security setting needs to be changed, etc.

We can validate when an application is working as designed, when a user error resulted in an issue, or when a support request needs to go to the software vendor for a particular problem.

Or, if there’s some clean up to be done, we can provide how-to information to your team so it’s done in the best way possible. Our partners start with us, first.

Relying on the software provider’s training to get your next team member (or some current ones!) up to speed is a good start. But, how do you speed up adoption and consistent execution, taking them beyond the ‘text book’ and into the realities of day-to-day operations?

Make an investment in 1-on-1 coaching with our team of experts! Based on the employee’s responsibilities in the business, we’ll tailor their training into 3 sessions. Taking them through live examples of how information moves through the system, their part in ensuring consistency & proper execution, and what elements are automated so they know what to expect. Then, we’ll schedule a follow up session a few weeks out, where they can come back with any questions or areas they need to know more about.

A great addition to your on-boarding procedures or for someone moving into a different role, it will help the employee feel more confident moving around the system and getting things done.
